That's what we call a "wine spritzer", and we don't wait for the wine to be left over. In any case, the soda transforms the dullest red wine into an invigorating summer drink.
Thanks for reminding me of this summer classic! I'll have to give it a shot tomorrow.
I'll have to try this with leftover lasagne.
