There's a sign on the door...
Racks on the wall with clothes hanging on them...
And Bill and the teddies seem to be enjoying their new home.
No promises, but I am pushing really hard for a soft opening/slash trial run/ slash shake my hand and pat me on the back session this coming Saturday, 27 July. Details to follow.

Looking better already. What is missing (though you're probably already busy doing it)is prints on the walls. Astaire, Grant maybe something/someone less well-worn.
Do you have a counter set up yet?
Now, another thing... I see your reflection in the glass. What the dickens are you wearing?
I'd have done "an" in caps.
Looks kind of wrong to me.
I have been following your blog for quite some time. Mainly due to your affinity for clothes and good tunes(same here lol)
It is great to see you finally putting a store together. I myself have a used clothing shop that I started with my friend straight out of college. It's been 6 years strong now and we're still standing. I hope everything turns out wonderfully, and if I'm in the area ill definitely swing by and check it out. Take care man
Marc,
Hanging the artwork tomorrow. No counter, just a desk, but it will do. The space is small.
As for my reflection: shorts and a tennis shirt, L.L.Bean blucher mocs. Those photos were taken the day I moved all the clothing, the stereo, and the artwork, alone. Call it work clothes, I guess.
Is this now a full time situation for you now or do you still have a FT job? I guess one big plus is YOU get to choose your own work dress code! Heck, that would be half the fun right there!
This, plus 35 hrs a week at another job, plus two kids during the day. I work hard for it, let me tell you.
Wonderful! Glad to see the progress. I look forward to stopping by when we next visit the Boston area.
Please keep us posted. I'd love to stop by Saturday with a contribution for the liquor cabinet.

What are your thoughts on hats that go well with suits?
