A 29 inch inseam, with a 1 1/2 inch cuff just touching the top of the shoe with a slight 'break'.
Seriously, whats to argue about? Do my pants really need to be 3 inches(the amount of cloth removed from this pair) longer?

Assuming you've stopped growing, I would say the length is perfect. Nice brogues BTW.
Nice job. Length is perfection, but I'd go with 1-3/4" cuffs instead.
Giuseppe,
Great work!
given the lack of tailors in the U.S. (and their endangered species status even here in Italy) why not earn some cash doing some tailoring?
I've got loads of pants that I need cuffed... I'm pretty sure I sent my tailors' kids through college. (I'm positive I paid for my bartender's wife's Ferrari!)
I tried DIY cuffs, but it was a ghastly experience and the result was worse. My tailor is still laughing at me!
You could be the protagonist of a new Le Carre novel: Tinker, Tailor, Farmer, Dad
I like the longwings. And the cuffs are nice as well. Break is perfect. I wish you lived around here so you could do mine too.
You may want to try some edge dressing on the soles.
Edge dressing indeed. I didn't realize how bad they looked until I took this picture.
Wow. You did a great job. The length, break, cuffs are all suitably classic.
